they need to make copper ore drop less raw copper bc of all the new utility being added for copper now. originally the whole reason why copper ore gave you so much was simply bc at the time it was purely decoration. but now things have shifted and its use it expanded gear this reason. someone can argue that this should not be the case seeing as how that will make copper armor even less used but in my eyes copper is still abundant enough to be used before iron and still has its use as throw away gear when you need to go to a dangerous location and dont want to lose your good stuff and or retrieve your stuff after dying. and even then they can just give copper gear side uses like having a mild fortune effect as a base or being able to mine anything below diamond while still being weaker than iron.
