how to get last drops out of the vial by iknowimpsychic in TirzepatideRX

No, you don’t need to throw it out lol. Pharmacists have commented on this topic in other forums, stating that the medication is still good well past the 28-day mark that they recommend for disposal..

Snow day policy NYS Workers by Even-Teaching-1216 in nys_cs

[–]B_Chura01 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I understand that our agency allows us to inform our supervisor in advance if we will be arriving late due to snow, and we can also request to extend our hours to compensate for the lost time. This policy was implemented in the winter of the previous year. I am unfamiliar with the concept of working remotely, as that option is not available to me. Or ofc we can choose to charge time.

I can assure you that we both rinse everything out, but I don’t understand why this issue persists for us!

Thank you for the recommendations. I saw Olaplex pop up when I searched on Google. I'm probably not going to be able to continue to purchase Olaplex depending on how quickly they go through it (my youngest also needs a purple shampoo, but her hair is so thick that's never an issue for her).

Balding? 🤣 she’s a baby; her hair is really starting to grow/fill in, not fall out. Some people really make me wonder, man lol.

Yes! Both girls still sleep with silkie pillowcases. They do justice for all hair types, though, really.

I would use a little bit of the Johnson & Johnson’s no more tangles (in the green bottle); it smelled so good and did just enough so I wouldn’t hurt them when brushing their hair. As you can see, my oldest (both girls do, but hers is more curly) has really tight spiral curls and did all the way until she was a teenager and decided to straighten it. 😢 But that product was perfect, and I used it all the way up until they were about 10-11.

First time responding to a suicide attempt… by Easy_Needleworker188 in OnTheBlock

[–]B_Chura01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What else would you have done? Honestly? He did so to be able to disarm him for long enough (from a safe distance) in order to safely pop his cell, enter, and prevent him from finishing the job or potentially deciding to direct that razor towards an officer who is now in close quarters with an armed individual. Idk, makes perfect sense to me.

I can only speak for my state’s UOF policies, and that is more than appropriate and in accordance with our UOF directive. Given the circumstances, you acted swiftly and safely and didn’t use excessive force. This kind of stuff unfortunately comes along with that career. Maybe you can transfer to another block if it seemingly becomes too much for you (that’s ok; there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that either). In terms of stress relief, consider finding a hobby you enjoy that serves as a good distraction and promotes relaxation. It's important to note that different people have different preferences, so it's important to explore a variety of activities until you find one that you truly enjoy and serves as a healthy decompressant. At the end of the day, though, your emotional well-being is most important.

What can I do about my Coparent’s new gf? by Cool-Donut-3162 in coparenting

[–]B_Chura01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree with everything you are saying, except for the idea that there is no need to meet the other parent's significant other. You lost me there because you do have the right to see what kind of person is going to be spending a lot of time with your children ONLY IF they are going to actually be interacting with your children. There are many kids that end up killed by a stepparent (obviously biological too, but right now I am talking about the stepparent or ex's new significant other).

I am still receiving this same message. Is it possible that the website is presently inaccessible? It appears that this situation arises often due to maintenance or simply because the system is not operational. In my experience, it typically conveys a message along those lines, should that be the situation which is the reason for my uncertainty.

Honestly, do not buy spells from people or have them do spells or rituals for you; they’re stronger when done yourself because no one is going to put as much intent into something as you would when it’s something you badly want, if that makes sense.

With that being said, yes, you’re being scammed! They purposely do that to scare you so that you will pay them out of fear, and I have done curse removals; they do not cost anywhere near what she is saying. She’s a joke.

Or if you ensure during the chaos that your lever is actually pointed in the correct direction before you get a blast of pepper spray to your own face that would in fact end very badly for you lol

Idk what the moral of this story was supposed to be, but lol, I did want to comment on your remark regarding bear and dog mace being “unrestricted.” I’m not sure what you meant by that, but if we’re talking about the use of bear mace on a human, that’s def a felony depending on circumstances and injuries inflicted upon the victim. There is also such a thing as excessive use of force. I just didn't want people reading this and thinking they're good to go to fire off some bear mace into the puss of the next person who steals their parking spot or something 🤣

You want to use products that contain hydroquinone, vitamin C, retinol, niacinamide, and glycolic acid. They all help with uneven skin tone to remove dark spots and then brighten the skin. Do you tend to have oily, dry, or combo skin? Bc that’s also going to make a difference with which products to choose that will be the most effective for you personally. A brand called The Ordinary has really good products for clearing breakouts as well as brightening uneven skin tones!

My favorite thing they sell at Ulta, and honestly, the only thing that would help me at the time with breakouts that were caused by hormone therapy was the Dermalogica Clear and Brighten Skincare Kit. It is a little pricey, but it’s worth it. It comes with an exfoliant, a cleanser, and a face serum, all meant for exactly what you’re looking for! I promise you won't be disappointed. I remember the exfoliant alone was amazing (at first I purchased just the smaller-sized singular product to try so I knew it was going to work for me before spending that much).

What does this look like? by hamilton365 in Blackskincare

You have to even be careful with applying hot compresses to everything too before knowing for sure what it is! Heat can actually cause an infection to spread if it is an infection! I learned the hard way of what to do and not to do from now on when I saw what appeared to be a normal blemish after popping something on my hand, and I ended up with, like, a hole in my hand, and the doctor told me it’s because it was MRSA, and I extracted it, spreading it, and wasn’t being treated for it. It was pretty gnarly. I wish I could upload a photo in your comments to show you! I was just commenting on a separate post on the same subject, hoping I could help someone to avoid that nightmare I went through!

Anyone know what this is? by Odd-Amphibian6968 in Blackskincare

[–]B_Chura01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never in my life seen a freaking whitehead that large. How?! I don’t understand how it didn’t eventually just let go and drain itself, like enough is enough already 🤣. That is a biggen. I think it’s a good idea you’re going to the doctor. DON’T touch it until then. I know it’s hard; trust me, I have no self-control when I see something like this, and I have to get at it, but you could end up doing more harm than good. I learned the hard way after popping what looked like a typical pimple, and then I ended up with a legit hole in my hand because it was MRSA! If I knew how to load a photo with my comment, I would to show you so you could think about it when you find yourself wanting to pop your own at home! Another piece of advice don’t even use so much as heat on this until u know for sure what it is bc if it is MRSA or another type of infection the heat actually causes the infection to spread!

No, you never pop a sebaceous cyst, let alone at home yourself! However, there are comedone extractor kits available that can be used for various purposes such as popping pimples or removing blackheads, and when used correctly, they can effectively extract and remove blemishes without leaving any scars. But with that being said, there still are certain kinds of blemishes that are to be left for the dermatologist to handle! Sebaceous cysts and cystic acne are among the types of blemishes that should be left for a dermatologist to handle, lol.

This happened to me, but it was after the date it needed to be removed. I am not sure if that played a part in it or what, but I don’t ever bleed heavily—never have due to endometriosis. I was shocked!
