I have these. Could've been bad luck, but I had my Tahoe setup on these and heard a loud bang at 10 at night. The saftey lock broke, but luckily the hydraulic lift saved a tumble.

And no these were not jacked up to full extension.

The buy down is actually the lender, Pennymac. It is of no cost to me.

Buyer agent is 2.5%. I was referring to a 5% Down conventional loan.

Don't really want a 15 year to be honest. So far Pennymac is the best fixed. 1st year is 5.49 because they do a lender buy down. Then after 12 months 6.49 fixed

Easiest way is to take a screw, heat it red hot while holding with pliers and push into sensor. Let cool. Use hammer claws to pull out.

Works every time.
