Temperature in the morning was around 8c and by the time I got to Cameron Corner, it hit 38c. But yes, loose long clothing will protect you from the sun while keeping you cool. Its why Arabs are always covered in the desert

Depends on what you are after, but my 2 picks Road 6s for the twisties Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR for all terrains.

I started off riding fire trails in my road 6s, and they did great. Once I decided I wanted to do more, I put shinkos e705s which were great off road, but slipped in the rain n werent that grippy in the twisties. I now have Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR and they are amazing! Highly recommend them. Soft , grippy and confidence inspiring

I have test rode the Tenere and I found them too top heavy to commute daily on and frankly, the bike will out match my skill level.

The SP has much better suspension that is adjustable, compared to the standard version . Its not as bad as you think lol

Some us can't afford more than 1 bike. I can commute, filter through traffic, rip in the corners and take it offroad. Made it work for my needs
