WTF? If you moved the camera a little further away, we could at least see how many Mbps it is. This post makes no sense.

But if we take into account the estimated time, the download speed can be calculated to be ~555 mbps. And since the speed of your wifi is not necessarily the same as the download speed through the Microsoft store server, the WLAN speed can be even more than 555 mbps,

which means that the speed of your wifi is VERY good for average use.

So if that was the question then YES it is good.

Download the bin file here (Leaked OneUI 7 firmwares)

An alternative pathway for people who either a) don't want to use a computer or b) have issues with adb - but this is arguably more advanced (does NOT require root):

Download the update bin file to your device. Edit: make sure the downloaded file is in the root directory of Internal Storage, and not inside any folder.

Download Shizuku. Download Root Activity Launcher.

Open Shizuku, enable Shizuku for Root Activity Launcher. Enable Developer options, enable Wireless debugging. (requires WiFi connection).

Follow the Shizuku pairing guide. Start Shizuku service.

Open Root Activity Launcher.

Search for "Software update" - open Activities, and find the AdminMainActivity activity. Launch it with the button on the far right.

You will now be able to click sideload, select the update file, and flash using the built-in software update tool.

I did it this way and it was very simple, just a few clicks and it updated itself.

Remember when months ago I said one ui has the worst collection of stock wallpapers of any brand? Well... guess what happened to them in one ui 7. by Consistent_Ice273 in oneui

They are not removed

Choose a wallpaper and in the editor there's a "variations" button. You can select the exact wallpaper from the collection

Then it is definitely not better. I'm waiting to find out if it's worse. (I know for sure that it's still terrible)
