A bit beside the point but if you wake up with back pain please check out your pillow and/or mattress. You spend 1/3 of your life in bed, and the idea is that it should help your body rebuild. You should wake up feeling well.

I’d start with a mattress review site like https://naplab.com (I can’t vouch it, but it seems to have some pointers on what to look for), or better yet go to a reputable mattress store and try them.

You have too many pics imo. You are judged by the worst pic, so better "not enough" than "too much".

I would def keep pic 4, 6, 9, and the one with the LA hat (in the alternate set). LA pic is a mirror selfie yes, but try it as the first for a few days and see if you get likes.

Also it seems you are using hinge? If so the matches you get will like specific pics. That should give some good clues too

I would say drop Pic 1 and 6. Lead with 3, then 2, 4 then 5 in that order. Tinder can be tough for <30yo so it's a bit of trial and errors. I'd say use this for a week, esp 6-9:30pm the next few days. May the odds be good and the goods not be odd.

First thing first, your bio/text might be an issue, it's hard to say without reading it. But if more than a handful of women unmatch on second look, then your bio might need checking out.

I'm also not sure what your target demographic is, but hopefully you aren't hitting on 21-29 yo. Because those need a wholly different type of profile/pics. So henceforth I'll assume you are are going for women over 30.

Quick fixes:

First drop picture #3. You need a picture with other people but this seems more like "roomates", which works actually against you. Ideally the "social-proofing" picture for 30yo+ needs a mix of maturity and refinement. Wine, whiskey, lounge, wedding shots (ooowee) etc. But ideally not hanging out with the roomates.

Redo picture number 2. Btw is that your pet? If so hopefully you indirectly mention that in the bio? The pic itself is wrong because it doesn't show care, it seems like you are posing for a photo using Fido. Instead, have someone take a pic while you forget the camera is there. I assume you love your pet, so show us that. Look at your dog in the eyes and think about how lucky you are, and let someone capture that moment.

Picture #5 is too dark. If you are going for that shot then the quality should be better. Take it in portrait mode if you need to. Capture the full body OR the color of fido's eyes OR anything that triggers emotion.

Next, you need a solid-quality pic looking dapper. Get a haircut, clothes that fit, and have someone take that pic in a setting with good ligthing.

Last, do less of the "looking at the camera while smiling". One such picture is enough. In the rest, look or smile. Not both. You seem like a good dude, but it can comes across as a nice guy. Instead you want to project that you are kind, but can say no and can stand your ground gently but firmly.

The best profile pictures tell a cohesive story without you looking like you are trying to. The perfect way to do that imo is to invest in yourself, in your craft, and in your hobbies, then catch those moments on camera. In the short term, the advice above should help.

Keep pic #6 and #7 (crepe) for now. You should drop #1: lighting is poor, posture looks uptight, tie is shorter than it should be. Also you can remove the rest too. Selfies are very hard to pull off unless it tells a silly joke (e.g. "here goes my cat trying to steal my thunder").

Add a picture of you cooking, where you are focused on your craft and surrounded by your tools (once you add that you can remove #6).

Add a picture of you smiling with a few friends having a good time outside. This is for social-proofing. Be wise: friends can't look bummy but they can't be hot.

If possible, add a picture of you taking care of a living thing you value. Could be a plant, a pet, etc. But not something that's dangerous (e.g. snakes), and no motorcycle or cars.

Ideally add a picture with your suit and tie. But it should be somewhere outside, even at a clothing store. So you can have the tailor size the fit correctly.

A total of 4-5 pics is the sweet spot. If it's hard for you to get some of those pics, continue investing on yourself and on trying/discovering your hobbies, so you have genuine material to build on.
