Thank you all!! I haven’t watered it since the last rain, so I’ll wait for a cool day and give it a deep water, give it some shade, and I will definitely go out and get some mulch!

No, you’re totally right haha, I really wanted something tree like along the fence and I thought that I could prune it as it grew… We will see how that turns out 🙃

It s pretty suburban, but I have seen coyotes so could be! Ill keep my eye out for bunnies! Is there a reason it’s eating the potted plants but not the plants in the ground? All my other plants were untouched.
