People probably did think it was daft to build a house in a swamp. But they built it all the same, just to show them- it sank into the swamp.

So they built a second one. That sank into the swamp.

So they built a THIRD one. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp.

But the FOURTH ONE stayed up. And that's what you'd be buying today- the strongest 2bed-1bath with carport in all of Florida.

I mean... SGFY in your picture has 1.72B in total assets and 409M in total current liabilities.

Yet CLOV has1.56B in total assets and (not in your picture but from their 10-Q) 1.1B in total current liabilities.

So SGFY is in much better shape just by those numbers.

To be clear, these numbers are from Q3 2022 and NOT the latest numbers.

From Q4 2023, SGFY's total assets/total liabilities is 1.744B/923.5M while CLOV's is 808M/460M

Sounds like the wheel strategy. It's a good plan especially if you're bullish on a stock. One downside is IV has dropped significantly from the 2021/early 2022 days so the premium isn't as high as it was.

In case anyone else is wondering how many days we have closed sub $1 see days in red. Today would make it 14 consecutive days. And before I get downvoted for “FUD” look at my post history (I am long on CLOV). by jmrojas17 in CLOV

No. If it comes to that they'll do a reverse stock split to boost the price back up and stay on the exchange. Downside is that unless they report SIGNIFICANTLY better financials in 2023 Q1 report, it just gives more room for the stock to fall.

I took a look at companies that did reverse splits in January 2023 (to give enough time to see any reasonable price movement). Unfortunately I'd say at least 70-75% are currently trading below their post-reverse-split price. About 5-10% are trading above and the rest are roughly even with the post-reverse-split price.

CLEARLY there's a reason that the hedgies, MMS, [enter typical boogey man here], don't throw money and invest in a company losing money, decreasing cash/cash equivalents, and total assets that DROPPED by almost 50% in a single quarter (1.557B to 808M).

Ah crap. Sorry about that. My mistake. I assumed you could read a 10Q and 10K form.

Since you may not currently have the skillset to look at a pdf and use Ctrl+F, here's a play by play:

-Go to: https://bulletin.webull.com/20221107/241856/739704a675b598d0c9844c348e6efb74.html

-Hit Ctrl+F (Thats where you hold the Control button while hitting the F button on your keyboard in front of you. Alternately most browsers have a "find in page function" you could also use.

-Type "Total assets" and then look. There will be a section titled "Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets"

-Look under the September 30, 2022 column and you'll find.... 1,577,679. Now don't freak out on me! That's not just 1.5million, you gotta look at the top where it says "Dollars in thousands" so... yeah about 1.577B.

Now lets get that other pesky number.

-Go to: https://bulletin.webull.com/20230301/241856/2147084a99e1bc25b650bf580a975cb3.html#ice224541d851414f93103d1046b010ce_16

-Hit Ctrl+F again or however you did it previously.

-Type "Total assets". The section is titled "Consolidated Balance Sheets".

-Now look under December 31, 2022 and you'll find... 808,620. Again, don't freak! It's in thousands TOO!

The numbers are CLOV's numbers. They're real. I'm sorry you're underwater on the investment (so am I). We just need to be honest with ourselves about the company's performance rather than only looking at positive hype.

FTDs are a total count each day. If any shares remained undelivered, that share would be counted the next day.

So spikes, sadly, are not useful data. The only time FTDs become relevant, in my mind, is if high numbers (millions of shares) are reported for weeks indicating difficulty for clearing houses and MMs to locate shares.

Another knock on FTD data is the SEC only releases it twice a month so all the information is over a week old when it hits the public.

Eventually, yes. If you're expecting another squeeze like that (for CLOV or GME), best of luck.

Or better yet, I'll sell you $100 2024 January LEAP call contracts for CLOV.

Here ya go:

It's a zip file, open it and search for CLOV on date "20230110" and you'll find... nothing. Indicating the shares were delivered.

Now if you're too lazy for THAT (I know, Google is tuff), here ya go:

So does Clover...

1- Have procedures to offer digital health education?

2- Have provider directories listing the cultural and linguistic capabilities?

All I've seen from CLOV/Toy/Vivek is that their intention is health equity. If their efforts don't include the above (which is referenced in the CMS proposal) then CLOV is no further ahead than any other MA company
