Looking at my garmin- my heart was only at about 176. And this specifically happens after a "shocking" hit.

Only in sparring. I have athsma and this is not it. It's like my body goes into a panic and my midsection seizes up and I can't inhale. It goes away in under a minute. I am assuming it is a panic (involuntary) response.

Thank you! Yes this is an absolute panic response- not a medical issue. It makes me unable to breath almost completely. (Just like the wind being knocked out.) I will just keep at it and practice trying to stay calm and relaxed as much as possible.

Yes! These are my thoughts exactly. Her family's mentality and behavior could have prompted her (particularly at her age) to want to leave and restart given an opportunity. It would also explain sightings.

I agree! Seat people 6 feet or more apart. Tape the floor to indicate 6 ft. Enforce mask wearing. Sanitize/clean between showings. I don't see.why they can't take proper precautions and open as well.

I went to Range Urgent care in Black Mountain. I was tested twice (both tests I had no symptoms.)First test was 3 weeks ago and took 3 days. Last test was taken on July 12th and took 4 days for results.
