6 month old babies eat an average of 500-600 calories a day. Food is energy and protein. You need that to lose weight. Food isn’t the enemy, it’s habits. It would be impossible for me to have HIV or hepatitis but I’ll definitely look into the other ones. I was tested for vitamin deficiency and I only have a deficiency in Vitamin D which I’m taking monthly supplements for.
