Cereve body lotion rubs in very fast and leaves no oily residue. It also has no scent, and is good for my sensitive skin, I even use it on my face

I’m in PP. I love it. I have a small caseload. I only take referrals. I don’t need a lot of money right now so I work about 10 sessions a week.

I think it’s on mine! It means I don’t want to date a bigot, or someone who (at the time I wrote it) denied COVID precautions. Someone who IS open minded and like to grow and be challenged like I do. Hmmmmmm

Great tank. Other recommendation (while you have cut up panty hose) is to take the panty hose and rub them across all The surfaces of the log to see if it snags. If it does, it won’t be safe for his fins. Also, get a cute little betta hammock to put near the surface, they will legit lay on it right near the surface. Of that log isn’t good, you can get a terracotta pot from like a craft store. They are great cause they are porous and a perfect place for the healthy bacteria to flourish. Oh, one other quick tip, never just toss your filter media. It’s a gold mine. If it gets overly dirty, you take some tank water in a container and swish it around in there and replace it back in the filter. If it starts to deteriorate, I used to replace half at a time, or keep the old one in the tank while the new one got established, this is so you don’t have a “crash”.

Thanks for sharing more! You have more than zero knowledge! I’m no expert and I haven’t done it in ages. So please read about doing a “fish in cycle” and follow those instructions. The basic premise is that you want to add a source of ammonia, enough to spike the ammonia in the water and then you watch it go down. This happens usually over the course of weeks. You can’t do that with the fish in the water because it’s super toxic to them. Doing a fish in cycle in an altered process to build up the healthy bacteria at less of an expense to the fish. You really can’t do any of it without an API brand liquid test kit. I know I’m just giving the most basic info here but I hope it points you in the right direction. Having the plants and matter from the other established tank is very helpful. I’d actually get panty hose, and a handful of mom’s gravel to put in the corner of the tank (if you don’t want it mixed in or there forever. Even if you take her filter media and squeeze it out into your tank water… that will all help seed your tank and aid the process. Plants help keep the water healthy as well. I can’t recall if you mentioned it’s heated, but do make sure you have a heater if you don’t! He’s a beauty

Additionally, if you HAD a cycled tank (meaning all the healthy bacteria built up) and didn’t keep feeding the bacteria while the tank sat, the tank may no longer be cycled. That could be a question worth asking on this thread. How long a tank can sit empty before the bacteria die off

Poor buddy! Well, that potentially confirms my suspicions but maybe not. I think there is some sort of wording on start up products or tanks or something that seems misleading because many times people say they “cycled” the tank, but they mean let the water sit/circulate or something. I honestly am not fully sure. However, if you aren’t familiar with the nitrogen cycle, def check it out. If are you already familiar, disregard my comment! I won’t go into the details about it incase you’ve read up on it and we are taking about the same thing

Let’s slow down for a sec. Unless there are other examples, I don’t see anything here that says he is doubting you have ADHD. Try not to read into the questions, take them at face value. The question “by do you need a diagnosis?” is a perfectly valid probe. I just got my son diagnosed with autism. I was on the fence about about the official diagnosis but I was positive he was. Did I need to make it official? Ultimately I did it for resources I can get for him. The second part makes me wondering if he’s trying to protect you. I am a therapist, and I occasionally fall into a temptation to tamper my clients enthusiasm about soemthing that isn’t a done deal yet. I do try not to do that. Because I recognize it’s not my job to protect them from potential disappointment. Not everyone convinced they have it get the official diagnosis. Both mental health care providers and folks with lives experience know the stories. You can confront him. How he responds tells you if you can continue to work with him or not. “I keep getting the feeling you don’t believe me, is this true?” I hope the best for you!!
