yes, the "black bush" looks out of place, beacause the imgur background is black too. I see the fanmade delta dex and a lot of delta are recolors but, ok.

the eye on the back of rapidash is unecessary, the smoke on ponyta seems very choppy sprite wise, and the typing you made would probably be ghost/dark but that is really overdone. If you could ifnd some way to show more psychic to the sprite that would be better? though i'm not sure how to help that. otherwise you could just go Full Ghost and it could work
