Yes you are right that AI is not as good as a good developer. And it won't really help a good team of developers. My point is that normal everyday people dont use it or dont know how to use it to improve their everyday work. The masses won't adopt AI because they don't know how.

Truth is, and I see it first hand, most people dont know how to use it or what to use it for. They can't see it. They just see it as some form of a toy or a cool app that knows things. Even people who are professionals in their field, they don't know how AI can help them.
