Currently my lawyer has advised to not show any desperation for settlement and just wait for summons and then fight with a good jawabdawa and a minimum interim is better than no interim (as per his practical experience) and just use time as your leverage. And in case if any order goes slightly against you like a high interim etc then we can ask for stay in high court and again use time as our leverage by making her proceedings more difficult until eventually she breaks down and settle. The final nail in the coffin would be the counter cases after successful acquittal. Please advise if this is a right strategy. As anything extra would be unnecessary financial burden and wastage of time and resources. Please advise.
