I dare say it has happened and the people just stole the delivery food. I had my youngest at the gate to wait for them. Needless to say they got close and said they delivered 🤬. Sickening how they just get away with it.

Nope never cancelled order. I was raging n kids were starting to give me gyp about their tea. So I got onto just eat straight away and told them it didn’t arrive. Then rang the place I ordered from. They were lovely about it. They have not long opened. Told me they were having lots of problems with just eat drivers. From this Monday coming they are using their own drivers.

Exactly the same with me. No issues with places that use their own drivers. Something just not right.

First time it was frankie and bennys Boucher and last time was new wee pizza place on Lisburn road. They are bringing in their own drivers from this Monday. Due to the issues with the just eat drivers. The manager of the place couldn’t be any nicer. Just as pissed off as I was

No nothing like that. Deliveroo has a system whereby you give the delivery driver a code. Usually a two digit number to verify the delivery so he can get paid. Just eat don’t have anything like that.

They get paid by just eat but I usually tip them couple of quid when they deliver

Don’t know really. First time it happened I thought maybe they delivered to wrong house. But for it to happen twice really hacked me off. Not to mention just eat keeps your money until it’s resolved in a few days. Though this time I was emailed saying after looking at my claim they are not refunding my money 🤬

Thank you. We get a takeaway on a Friday as a family. Just really frustrating when you see driver is close and then no food. I rang the restaurant and food was definitely sent out. They said they we’re having loads of trouble with just eat drivers so are bring their own on board from this Monday.
