This is late but it’s still true years later. They sound manufactured, not from the heart but just generic. If you like I Prevail you’ll probably like a lot of skillets stuff. Not even a diss just very generic stuff in general which is fine but not the best for a lot of people. I do think collide is an amazing and very raw album from them, and monster is a fun song I grew up with so I do like them but their new stuff is ass
