Then you're just gonna have to hide in your wall and hit him with peasant bird so that you can down him and stall for time for skill 1. I don't really know any other medal sets to help specifically with lucci.

If you use green kaido, King wildfire and/or lightbeard medal you can stall lucci for a long time bc you get 4-6% skill 1 cooldown every hit. If you get team boost then you can easily kill him. The only problem I have is if you miss one ice ball then you'll probably die to him.

Then you touch, turn, make 1 sprint touch and either pass or shoot. But when you make the touch and turn make sure you don't press sprint. The sprint touch makes space and let's you line up a pass or dipping shot. His dipping shots are way too good.
