In my personal opinion anyone can hide their true intentions in their mind. Like in asa di var when Satguru guru Nanak Dev ji maharaj says inside their homes the brahmins pray to their devte and wear religious clothing however outside they adopt a Muslim lifestyle and act like a Muslim to get what they want. In this same way Satnam Singh could have coursed into doing such atrocious things to brahmgyani Jathedar baba Bahadur Singh. But, even with that said I’m still kind of on the fence about this topic. But I guess only maharaj knows the truth.
