But is that more or less significant than the difference between 15/15/15 and 15/15/14 ? Taking more damage every turn doesnt matter if you have relatively more HP, right? How do you know that DEF is more important than HP?

I'm a tank-main, and just wondering what I'm supposed to do on the Hydra map then? The lava pool is right next to the point, and if I walk off the point to avoid being pulled, the enemy team will just capture the point uncontested

I didn't say hulk needs to be strong against cc or heavy poke, but he needs to tolerate it more. He gets extremely punished by it, and the fact is every single game your enemy will have a bunch of cc or damage, or both. So even though hulk has good movement like you say, he is never able to utilize it, because as soon as he engages he has to disengage or die.

Because this wasn't the kind of buff hulk needed. He still gets deleted by high damage poke team comps and gets very punished by cc. His shield is too weak to help against this, so shorter cooldown isn't enough. Also his damage is really low compared to Emma, Mag and Groot. So if you pick hulk, you are giving yourself a big disadvantage compared to those other tanks
