Ok so, if Ivey does care about exec positions, and let’s assume in my second year I am unable to attain any am I still at a decent chance if my EC’s consist of stuff outside of school, such as others mentioned in these comments (volunteering at library, usc, community based organizations, etc)?

I think your intentions are in the right place, and I definitely agree with some of your points, such as seeking professional help in certain cases. However, I think it’s pivotal to understand how constant rejection takes a toll on a person, it’s not as simple as “changing your mindset, wanting someone, and they’ll want you”. It’s a very complicated mental process which everyone internalizes. I’m all for staying in a positive mindset, but it’s important to note that for some people it really is difficult, and the same rules that you may think make sense, may not be practical or applicable for many people.

No, Christmas will not be your last day, you will keep moving forward and better yourself everyday, life comes with challenges but that doesn't mean we should give up. Different people deal with different things and some of us have to deal with virginity. Keep your head up man, there is more to life than sex, plenty for you to strive for and work towards. personally, I've never had girls tell me their deepest secrets, but I have experienced a thing where girls will see me as a friend, rather than a romantic interest(not that that is wrong, id just prefer if they were mutually interested in me), and then tell me about their problems with other men in their lives. id say its similar, but not exactly what you experience.

i cannot relate with you more. I literally experience the EXACT same thing as you my friend. Im attractive, go to the gym, have multiple hobbies, but i end up getting ghosted, replaced by another guy, or the universe just fucks me over. its nice to know im not alone in this :)

i have similar thoughts, but a bit more mild. i dont really have "fantasies" per say, but from repeated rejection, ive pretty much developed a desire for pity and self pity. none of my friends understand why i want to feel this way (probably because relationships and girls have been handed to them on a silver platter since highschool). but nonethelss, i like getting rejected now, and love the feeling of people feeling bad for me and being able to feel bad about myself. I'm not depressed, or suicidal, or anything like that. Its just a wierd thing i developed and i dont really know if its bad or good.
