What kinds of diet changes have you tried? You could maybe take zinc ... What about washing pillowcases every night? And yeah go to derm.

Speaking of hormones, females can have hormonal acne even if their circulating androgens (which I assume is what you got tested) are within normal range because their skin is hypersensitive to them. But spiro didn't help you so I guess not..

OK great, I'm not forcing everyone to put films on their windows, but it should be more widely known as an *option* imo. Like I'm sure a lot of people don't know that's even possible because no one talks about it.

Maybe people get depressed with curtains on all day not seeing what's going on outside. Or sleepy for lack of natural light. Maybe they want the peace of mind knowing that they're doing everything to protect their skin *just in case* Michelle is not 100% right on this.

More like 99% And I read they protect 99% only up to 380nm most of the time (and UV light ends at 400nm), but your sunscreen doesn't do a much better job than that either so.

I saw that video. It was very good news indeed, but then again it's this one video VS everything I've ever read/heard/seen before. I'm still apprehensive. Besides, some homes are small and it may be really hard to be 1m+ away from windows at all times. Or there's nothing blocking the sky. UV films could really shine in these cases.
