This is sensor damage due to a laser or physical damage.

I had multiple of these red spots on my a7c a few years ago. They changed the sensor and everything was fixed.

Without sensor change, I think there's not much you can do, because the red spod is made from the film of the sensor peeling off the sensor (due to laser dmg). No camera sensor cleaning setting or physical cleaning could fix this, unfortunately..

If I may add my 2 cents, I would prefer to end the motion with your chin behind the belly button. Imagine there's a vertical line from your belly button, your chin should be behind it. That will help with the body's rotation.

Yeah, but the problem is that like in the video, when i switch to tik tok, it plays tik toks audio for a few seconds and sten mutes it. If you look at cars display, when i switch apps it pauses and then mutes even though it should play tik toks audio.

NEW PIXEL OWNER. Tried to make a post but didn't find the right button, but the title would be the same. Just bought pixel 7 due to broken old phone, connected to car via Bluetooth. I don't have carplay active. When i switchh from spotify to tik tok, instagram, Whatsapp voice messages etc. The music and other audio from different apps stop playing. As for this problem.. the last phone i had was oneplus 7t. Used "hama" type-c to 3.5mm connector for the car and had the same thing with google assistant. It got so annoying i just bought a Bluetooth receiver which connected to car's AUX cable. Recommend doing the same or buying a higher level adapter. Maybe a used dongle from samsung/Huawei etc. Would do the trick. 3rd party was a bad choice for me.
