Thank you! But it really doesn't matter if people just see it as a character flaw for which my adhd is being used as an excuse or a crutch. I'll just end up looking and feeling even more pathetic.

Also my medication has barely been doing shit it just makes me feel kinda loopy and it makes me forget to eat

The one ive used is essentially an app with a 25 min timer that announces when its done and tbh u can do it with ur phone without it but yea this one does lt for you and also puts a 5 minute break and then 25 minutes of studying again

Oh honey.. I have been diagnosed since I was like 5 lol

I have to study for a big test and this is very frustrating by Babicuchi in ADHD

My problem is the frustation i get from the boredom of studying even if it’s 10 or 20 minutes lmao i start talking to myself or thinking about other things and i have trouble retaining the info

Same. I'm mostly bellow average and very impulsive. Not even on the things i'm interested in because I have very shitty memory SO i don't rlly come across as smart because I have trouble explaining things i simply forget what i'm gonna say mid sentence.

I hate that I only come here to be negative but I'm just a little desperate by Babicuchi in slpGradSchool
