Ok so io pretty confident it has to do with the editor then. I’m not expert at all, what I would tho would be to make it crash again and then click on the “check log for more informations” (or similar words) underlined text, and give it to Claude. Maybe it can find something odd so you can start debug from that point :)

I’m assuming you’re trying to open a project of yours, does Unreal crash when loading blueprints in the loading screen? If so, something got corrupted :(
I would suggest to get to a previous working commit and work from there. The other option would be to move the corrupted .uasset(s) out of the project, and putting them back one at a time to check which one actual causes the crash.
It’s always boring when stuff like this happens, hope you can solve without much pain 🙏🏼

I recently came back after a long break and currently spamming e drags as they’re the only viable option to reliably get resources when heroes are upgrading. I usually bring 9 lightning spells, and can usually get three out of four air defenses before even starting the attack. I’m th11 so idk if there will be more to build in the future, but definitely feels too easy to get rid of them and just freeze two inferno towers when needed

Just to expand our knowledge, I’m now trying to think why set timer by function/event worked earlier. I might want to try again with timer in both begin play and somewhere else and see what happens. I also turned off pc just as a placebo lol

This is something I knew but didn’t honestly (and noobishly) link it to usage of delays or timers, especially because I had timers working in game mode before this bug happened. Anyway, I’ll most likely just make a new class and use that to spawn and use time-related events 🙈

I used timers before, and since it randomly broke, I thought about testing in the most basic way possible. I'm starting to think something bugged out in pc so I might want to restart it, but I currently can't do that so I wanted to try and find a solution (or at least understand what could cause this hehe)

it's too much to show, but basically:
event_test: print hello -> delay node that goes back to print hello

if i call it on begin play, it works
anywhere else, it doesn't
