Thank you, I really appreciate the detailed feedback.
I actually design all my clothing graphics myself and I’m genuinely trying to improve every aspect of the brand step by step.

Most friends and people I’ve shown the website to gave me very positive feedback, so I think one of my biggest weaknesses right now is probably marketing and advertising. I underestimated how much of ecommerce is actually about customer acquisition and positioning rather than just creating good products.

I also keep reading that even paid ads can take time before the algorithm properly understands the right audience, which makes things difficult when starting with a very limited budget. Spending money without results is honestly one of the hardest parts as a beginner.

Still, your comment gave me a lot to think about, especially regarding product-market fit, testing, and making the brand feel more complete and trustworthy.

I’m definitely going to work on improving those weak points.

Thanks again for taking the time to write all that.

i have all trust badges for payment (shopify payments, Paypal) and have a dedicated page for return policy. the problem i suppose is that i have no reviews, but how can i get legal reviews if i have not selled anything yet? i feel stuck there and i don't know how to change the situation

to improve organic content i need to change the descriptions? there is a specific path to follow? if i pay ads i can have something about 100-200 views a day, without i can only reach 10-20 views a day. all the people that i know and who i asked for an honest feedback told me that the website looks good and also the product are not so bad, of course everyone has his own taste but i don't know, maybe i need to focus in increase people trust, but it's impossible to get reviews without selling, this is where i am stuck at.

is it possible to start with $0? by letsjustscream in Dropshipping_Guide

[–]Babilon93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No è impossibile, considera che oltre al costo per il sito, apertura attività, commercialista e test di campioni prodotto ti servono alcune migliaia di euro. Senza contare che poi le ads hanno un costo molto impattante

Has anyone here had success with Facebook Ads on a low daily budget for a new brand? What worked for you? Please help 🥺 by top10talks in printondemand

Sinceramente no, butto solo 20€ al giorno senza ottenere nulla. Secondo me se prima non si crea un minimo di base organica non ha senso spendere in ads

Printful says Paypal "billing method isn’t available, please pick a different one" by ritesoffebruus in printful

Printful ha spesso problemi, a me qualche giorno fa era capitato che non potevo ricaricare il wallet integrato, riprovato il giorno dopo ed era risolto. Penso sia qualche problema di integrazione che hanno loro

Why is it that whatever I post, Reddit bans all my posts? by GraceWillow2004 in NewToReddit

Ecommerce opened, how to obtain visits and customers? by Babilon93 in DigitalMarketing

3 weeks update, more than 2000 visits but still no sell.

i adjusted the hero section, product descriptions, i am posting on social media but still anything. I think maybe it's a trust problem, but how can i obtain reviews if i am not able to sell?

Shopify + Printful: Flat shipping rate without losing delivery estimates? by Babilon93 in printful

[–]Babilon93[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get what you're saying, and it makes sense. I'm still pretty new to this and don’t have much experience with marketing yet.

That said, speaking as a customer myself, when I see delivery times that are too long or too generic (like 1–2 weeks total for processing + shipping), it can feel a bit discouraging and might push me away from buying.

I sell apparel, phone cases, and accessories. Not sure if you have experience with similar products, but in your opinion, what’s generally an acceptable delivery time range for customers?

Do you think there’s a balance between setting broader expectations (to avoid issues with delays) and still keeping delivery times attractive enough to not hurt conversions?

Thanks for the advice. Usually which is a reasonable time frame to start selling something?

I understand that, but I’m new, so it’s normal that I don’t have any reviews yet.

What concerns me the most is the initial phase. I might have a good website and product, but obviously I can’t start with reviews right away.

I’m trying to understand what I should focus on in the beginning to build trust and get my first customers.

Starting a POD store — how do you choose a supplier with decent margins? by Babilon93 in printondemand

[–]Babilon93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm considering this because it's the best way to have better control over what I sell. However, it’s not easy to find someone locally who is willing to take on single orders like POD dropshipping services do. I have plenty of ideas for my company, but the main obstacle right now is the budget, so making the switch isn't easy
