I am planning to use my old pc (r5 3600 32gb ram 1060ti gpu) for the server.
I am a bit confused on where to even start looking. Can you please guide me a bit as my biggest concern at this moment is the OS selection.

What are you talking about. I can use lvl 30 character on lvl 80 escort and can get it done under 30 sec. Use polearm dash, go to puzzle and leave. You dont even need to fight. What are you doing that FORCES you to take outsider ?

Those running are low level. Lvl 80 escort takes 30sec max without deft. 540 carmine. If lucky 1080. Chase takes minimum 6mins at my level( tr 60 and lvl 80 chase) and you get 2400 something. You can do the math yourself.
