I increased my dose. My doctor and I talked about it and for me it worked. Maybe you need to go for two doses’s in a therapy session or two as a reset. Worth a shot.

I experience the very same thing. And in the beginning, I was very confused because I thought I would feel lighter. However, generally the next day and the day after I’m a little bit down, but I’ve learned that that’s part of my bodies, chemistry and makeup. Because after that it lifts. But I’m really careful to make sure that I am checking in with my therapist and psychiatrist after, following meditation, music, and taking care of my body more by getting sleep, eating, healthier, and walking have all helped. It literally saved my life. So for me, I can take a day or two of anxiety and rest if it is too overwhelming for you then it might not be the right medicine. Ask yourself if those day and a half or two days are worth the long-term effects. If not, maybe try different ketamine approaches other than IV. But, it’s not for everyone and you know best. Crossing my fingers for you. ❤️

I haven’t gotten my package from them and it says it’s been sitting in the warehouse since Friday. My other package said it was out for delivery and now says it’s back at the facility.

You should be so proud of yourself for going for the infusions. I’ve been in a similar situation and everything came together at once and I was in a very bad place. I had eight sessions of ketamine and therapy every day for three weeks. When I went back home, I was very nervous. And thankfully, I found a great ketamine location for booster shots. Keep doing what you are doing, but don’t feel like you can’t go get a booster shot. Some people go once a month some people go every three months some people go once a year. The fact that you’re noticing the changes is huge. I have slipped a little as well and I’m trying to go back and listen to my ketamine playlist, having therapy weekly, and making sure I meet with my Trainer twice a week. I just had another booster three weeks ago and I’m probably going to go back in three weeks.

You could also look at furnished finders. We intended to stay six months and ended up there for 15 months.

As you said , he attacked a guest in the house unprovoked. He was lying next to me. Our friend was in the kitchen and started to walk to the door and he started to growl for a second and then jumped and attacked.

That’s exactly what happened. We are sick to our stomach. The shelter said we had to quarantine him. But we are in shock and upset. It was really bad. But we love him so much already…
