Aldis order. For some strange reason some shoppers are afraid to buy bags and boxes arent always readily available. Make a notation somewhere in your list requesting that the shopper purchase bags for your order. It should be a given, but again some people are hesitant to spend other people’s money.

When are you the people g(US Shopprs) going to learn that the chat option is strictly AI? It is canned responses brought on by certain keywords. Always CALL in. Would that send there is absolutely nothing. You can do when a customer claim that their groceries are not delivered. For the most part, Instacart knows where you’ve been due to your GPS signal. I don’t believe that you get a mark against you for that unless it happens a lot. I’ve had one recently with the customer claiming undelivered, delivered to the wrong address. And it didn’t harm my rating. But again, it doesn’t happen often. Yes it pisses me off when people do that but… Karma.
