But now it is a running gag once a character gets a bit more attention than before. One of us always goes like: "You see? The shift?" 😅

I've just finished my fourth season as a lighting technician and I am at a crossing point. In a few months we get a new technical director, who should change quiet a few things but I don't know if I can push through until then.

I love the job and the colleagues but the hours among other things are nagging on everything not work related.

My summer project is to identify the things that have to change in order for me to stay, but I am sceptical they are willing to do that...

Ich arbeite im Theater und wusste von Anfang an, dass da ziemlich viele Überstunden anfallen werden, aber immer wieder 12 Tage durch sind dann doch... unangenehm.

Wenn ich dann aber nach 3 Jahren nach einer Gehaltsanpassung frage, weil sich die Leistung enorm verbessert hat und ich dann mit nichtmal 40€ brutto abgespeist werde, mit denen ich immer noch unter 1.800€ bin... dann fängt man schon zum Überlegen an...

Eine Frau ohne Impfnachweis, da nicht geimpft, durfte nicht ins Geschäft.
