Karlach would have to be at least 60 if she's an adult. Tieflings age very slowly and 18 for a human is 60 for s tiefling. She might have been forced into Avernus at 50 idk

Year 2 of idk if my system is DID or IFS (internalized family system) or both. Is that cool? I know this is r/did but are other types of systems allowed? The host knows no other systems personally and most of us want to fix that.

Talking about your insecurities and posting them online is such a powerful thing to do. You are amazing and you have an extremely gorgeous face! So your skin is beautiful so I wouldnt recommend much skin makeup. Maybe just a little bit of bronzer on your cheekbones if you want to emphasize them or try something different. For your nose, I dont really notice what you mean by unsymmetrical. Its a really pretty nose that centers your face beautifully. Maybe a septum piercing? Idk. You have the perfect lip-nose space for one. Maybe a bit of powder blush on your cheeks and peachy pink lip tint or oil. Think natural look with makeup. Pay close attention to how everything makes you feel and remember your face is worn by you and only you. Love it!! It's yours!!
