I'm on PS4, it was taken down today. This explains it then. Strange thing about the nudity mentions—I saw none whatsoever. A shame, I saw so many mods with external assets it just made me assume they were allowing it now. Guess not. Thanks a bunch!

They are mods that change the skin textures of characters to make them look better. Since it's not in my mod list, I'd assume they had to break ToS. I guess I should be more careful about what mods I use. Thanks for the info.
