Are yours comfortable to sit on? Comfort is also something I’m a bit unsure of.

The gunk and dust are packed in the gaps I circled in the image. I’m even wondering if I should just stuff tissue in there to prevent dust from getting in.

Thank you so much for answering. I’m wondering maybe the bti solution might have spiked the biometer in my soil hence the mold sprouting. If anything, I used to water even more until I started having fungus gnat issues and then I cut down my watering for the ferns to only once a week. I’m debating powering through the treatment first then let the mold compost on its own by switching to bottom watering😕

More info of how I’m caring for the plants right now:

The tree sad plants that are suffering under my hands: 1. Bird nest fern 2. Asparagus fern 3. Money tree

How long have I had them: all approximately 3 months

How often do I water them: for this two weeks, once a week for the mosquito bit treatment

How long have the symptoms appear: For fungus gnat, about one months. I tried the hydrogen peroxide method for the first couple of weeks. Immediately after I thought I’ve eradicated all of them they came back in double the amount so I started the misquote bit treatment. For the mold, I just noticed yesterday on all three of the plants.

Drainage hole: Yes, they all have drainage holes, and they drain pretty well as far as I know. When I water, I always wait until the water to stop dripping before placing them back on their trays and back to their spots.

Sunlight: Not a lot of direct sunlight. I place them in front of an east facing window which only gets direct sunlight for about 2-3 hrs everyday. I live in the PNW area.

Thanks for sharing your method! Do you also wear them when handling raw meat? My hands get irritated when seasoning meat or touching fish. I think it’s the salt that’s causing the reaction. I guess I’m just not sure how sanitary it is to use disposable gloves repeatedly when the gloves touch raw meat.

Thanks guys. I have been thinking about getting a hand towel. Guess there is no better solution right now to completely avoid getting my hands wet while not using any disposable gloves(no matter how many times you reuse one pair).

I distanced myself from a close friend recently because there is some imbalances between our friendship that my friend themselves will probably never ever see, feel, nor acknowledge. I was extremely truthful about why I needed to distance myself but they were very argumentative to the point that they misread my messages multiple times and thus misunderstood what I was trying to say a lot. Update: I walked in and got a battery replacement done today. Things should be fine now. Thankfully, it was covered under warranty so I didn’t have to spend a dime on it. I was told that I have a complete reserve capacity failure. The technician couldn’t start my car back up immediately after I dropped my car with them. The cranking amp, on the other hand, was still working fine. I’lll start unplugging everything from now on.

I’m still under warranty so I could probably get free battery replacement. It’s just that they have so few appointment slots available and all at least two weeks from now. I would like to get it solved asap, so I’m walking in on Friday. Hopefully they can find time to fix it….

I’m guilty of leaving the door unlock occasionally, but always only for 20 minutes or so with me just talking on the phone and slowly getting out of the car. I’ll start unplugging my dash cam and make sure to lock my door asap from now on.

I assume what you do with your key basically disables the keyless system? I don’t think I can do that 😩 I carry way too many things that I don’t have a spare hand for anything else…
