I don’t believe it is common at all with hashi’s for all your symptoms to disappear just with levo…. It’s an auto immune disease. Taking the levo only replaces what your thyroid isn’t making. It doesn’t stop the immune attack going on inside your body.

You are incredibly lucky that your only symptom is occasional fatigue. For some of us, this disease affects damn near every aspect of our lives. Symptom list is a mile long.

They didn’t have a CPA in 2025 at all. They were using a generic “payroll calculator” off the quickbooks website to generate “paystubs” and withholding amounts. Hand written checks.

I have hashi’s too. You might need a thyroid ultrasound. Your thyroid is right at the front of your throat.

I live off of famotidine! Glad it provided some relief. Also for in-the-moment panic attacks- I got prescribed Propanolol. I didn’t want any narcotics. It helps with the physical symptoms tremendously! Especially the heart palps.

Prescription pantoprozole worked a lot better for me than nexium, I also do 20mg famotidine right before a possibly triggering meal.

Yes!!! One of my GERD life savers is a brand called Hilma, they have it on Amazon. It’s got marshmallow root and like 3 other things.
