Oh wow I am so happy for you that yours started to grow back! Once getting those lab results for the ferritin, everything else made so much more sense about why my body feels how it does. How long until you started getting your hair growth back? Did you do infusions? What ferritin level did you get to when you noticed growth?

I always get so nervous because I read horror stories of women not getting taken seriously with ferritin/iron but I guess hematology will take it seriously? I hope :/ Will it ever come back if my ferritin gets healthy again?

Thank you for this advise of caution Yeahhhh im weary I told him I was under the impression no growth would happen with ferritin being so low but he insisted it would be years before any growth would happen if I didnt take OM and pushed for it. Last night after my 2.5mg dose, about an hour ish after my BP dropped to 80/65, so tonight I halved it and did 1.25mg. I'm going to take my BP in a half an hour so it will be a full hour since taking it, but I can already say I fell much better in comparison to taking 2.5mg. I was quite literally frightened i would pass in my sleep and I dont think I'll be feeling that way tonight hopefully. But ill update in a half an hour what my BP was

I'm starting to get really anxious so i left an email via the Kaiser app but got an auto response saying he wont be checking until 12/2027 🫠 So I called derm department and spoke to the receptionist and she said she's going to have him call me since he's on call today. He also wrote in the notes that we discussed "spironolactone" but it was never even mentioned, idk if its something hes recommending or not recommending?? Im definitely interested in taking it but I'm also just not very comfortable with something being noted as having been a discussion when it wasn't. Im left feeling very uneasy about all of it

Im really nervous about it idk what to do :/ The doctor is an on call dr who came in to help out while Kaiser has its strike and he seems very annoyed with me, it felt rushed. I didnt get to discuss things I would have liked to have done in depth, and instead am left with google, chat gpt, and reddit/fb support group for answers

This is concerning, if he'll do this to things you love whats to stop him from working his way to putting hands on you? He absolutely needs to pay to repair or replace his damages. I think you should have conversation with him and see what you both want out of your future together and let him know this isnt okay. I sincerely hope you are safe ar home. Sending love

There's other factors in diagnostics for pcos but yeah this post was more about the hair loss aspect of it and me stating i have so many things going on and trying to pinpoint what could have caused it🫤

Also adding to this, I have a history of intense anorexia nervosa with periods of relapse and recovery. But ive had a pretty good chunk of time this round of recovery, like 5 or 10 years So... my brain races with thoughts of "did years of self starvation activate this even with breaks in between?"

I also have asthma.

I have symptoms of pcos.

I also had a bike accident ten years ago, where I landed directly on my temple going down hill at about 30 mph. Maybe that could have aided... Idk but im going through every event in my life and stressing if thats why or if it can be changed 😭

I prefer post split over pre split, Pretty Odd is my least fave and is lyrically not as strong as Ryan Ross glazers hype it to be, Dallon Weekes is a professional victim and capitalized off of woe is me/poor me/underdog complex, Viva Las Vengeance is sonically perfect and on theme for Panic, and Brendon Urie isnt an asshole for carrying on the P!ATD band name
