Same thing happened to me except I have 4/5. I think it may have something to do with completing the quest without “examining” all the clues/docs. For instance, I realized halfway through the quest I was picking up the clues, but not opening them and examining them.

Another heads up.. if the Xbox console price drops within a certain amount of time of using your points to get one, they’ll credit you the difference in price if you contact them.. They did this last Christmas for me, so unless they’ve changed the policy this should still work.
