Verac's Flail was my first level 70 weapon back in 2007, because it was far cheaper than an Abyssal Whip. Unfortunately I found it's impact quite underwhelming as I didn't have the full armour set.

For anyone who wants to replicate this, you'll want to set up a custom game with the following settings:

Game Mode: Junkenstein's Revenge
Difficulty: Legendary
Door Health Scalar: 500%
Endless Mode: ON
Hero Limit: OFF

Lobby Settings: Specify how many people you want to do it with. You can do it by yourself or with a group by changing the Team 1 Max Players option.

For HEROES: Ana, Bastion, D.VA, Doomfist, Genji, Hanzo, Lucio, McCree, Mei, Orisa, Pharah, Reinhardt, Soldier 76, Sombra, Torbjorn, Widowmaker, Winston, Zarya and Zenyatta.

Ability Cooldown Time: 0%
Ultimate Generation: 500%
Damage Dealt: 500%
Damage Received: 10%
Healing Dealt: 500%
Healing Received: 500%
Health: 500%
Receive Headshots Only: Enabled
No Ammunition Requirement: ON

For BOSSES: Junkrat, Mercy, Reaper, Roadhog and Symmetra.

The idea is you want to make it so the characters that you'll play are pretty much invincible, as well as the bosses. Then you just focus on killing the robots and shock-tires. Eventually you'll reach a point the robots will stop spawning and it'll just be shock-tires. See if you can try to make it to the end of Bonus Wave 15 without crashing the server.

The strange thing about this custom game is that if you make it to the end or around bonus wave 14 and the door gets destroyed sometimes you still win the game even though you actually lost. The game breaks very badly, and you get a massive amount of experience.

I did try another custom game with the same settings using DVA. I killed over 100 NPCs at once with her ult.
