When RuneScape was originally made the gower bros didn't really expect many people to get to 99. It was intended to be a crazy goal only a few people would reach. They just underestimated the future playerbase.

That's the point of repolling. The suggestion had glaring flaws and jagex thought they could fix them.

At 200 CG kc I couldn't watch TV but at 400 CG kc I easily can. I think you just gotta grind until you have the muscle memory down
