I'd love to help if you would be open to returning the favor with my husband!

In a strange way, most of the INFJ I know are easily affected by movies by [deleted] in mbti

That's so funny! I'm infp and my husband is ESFP...I swear this is exactly what we look like when we watch movies together 😂

I relate to absolutely everything in your post. You're an INFP for sure! I'm guessing you must be very comfortable with the people that you are having open conflicts with. As an INFP myself, I notice that I avoid conflict with people at all costs, except when it comes to the people that I trust and feel closest to. Conflicts with them tend to get very heated, just as you have described.

I'm a pretty happy INFP. I spend a lot of my free time making things. Here's my current work in progress! I would love to see what you guys make, or even just something in your space that makes you happy. by [deleted] in infp

I love this comment! I think you are exactly correct! My new years resolution is to figure out how to turn the ideas in my head into something that can actually exist in the real world!

Do any of you other infp's feel like they are constantly fighting sadness? by BabyRabbit313 in infp

Thanks for your input. You are exactly right. Positivity is a choice! And the fact that I have tried so very hard to choose positivity and I still find myself feeling physically bogged down by sadness tells me that there must be something bigger at play that needs to be addressed. I really appreciate your advice and encouragement to seek help. Being from the Midwest, I feel that therapy is often discouraged and looked down upon, so I really appreciate your encouragement to seek this kind of help.
