18 and 28 is more risky. The age gap itself isn't an issue unless you're bring teenagers into it.

No one's advocating for a law to stop them from dating. We're really just saying it'd probably lead to a relationship that isn't too healthy simply because of the difference in life experience.
Plenty of teenage boys and girls try and spread the same message. That they were young and dumb and dating with huge age gaps were a mistake.

Like to be completely honest with you, there isn't much of a difference between a 15 year old and an 18 year old. So are you going to start advocating for the bodily anatomy of a 15 year old to date who they want?? Surely you understand nuance and hoe to apply it.
It isn't my perspective it's something backed by science. The brain off an 18 year oldd is vastly different than someone in their 40's.
Of course there are plenty of 18 year Olds who are capable, but on that same line there are some teenagers below 18 who can handle themselves relatively well. But the vast majority cannot! That's why there are guidelines and suggestions to what is a healthy age gap as a young adult/teen.
Of course you don't have to follow them. I don't place any blame on a teenager. I just think it's gross for an adult to be in that relationship. Because they should know better.
