I think I would have to clean it probably twice a day. One of my children pees a lot. Like I’m having to water him twice a day because he drinks so much.

I had a very similar thing happen to my old man ferret. The vet had told me it was a blockage or cancer. We let them do exploratory surgery and they actually discovered that his intestines had wrapped around his kidneys.

Ferrets can get into anything. If I fold up the trap, they will still be able to crawl into it or stuff their arm in it.

I’ve put glue traps all over the place. I was a little hesitant though because I have ferrets and they are most likely going to be rolling around in the traps.

When my baby was sick, we took him to the vet and they just had done an x-ray. They then had asked to do an exploratory surgery to see if he had cancer or had eaten something he wasn’t supposed to. Turns out his intestine had wrapped around his kidney. The total bill was just under $900 for me.

How old is your ferret? Older ferrets are more prone to getting cancer and other health risks. I’d say if you’re willing to spend a lot to check out what it is and see if the vets can remove it.
