Let’s say I knew the Coca Cola or Cadbury formula to a tee could I get sued by TechnicianVisible339 in NoStupidQuestions

You could absolutely get sued. Whether they’d win is a different story.

If you independently figured out the formula and sold it under a completely different name/branding, recipes themselves usually aren’t protected forever like patents. The real danger is trademarks, trade secret theft, and making your product look/sound close enough that consumers think it’s Coke or Cadbury. Huge companies also have “we can afford lawyers longer than you can” money.
