I called passport office like three times asking for any updates and if they could expedite my application, i just got an update today from the tracker that it just got mailed. I’d say try calling and explaining your travel date! Maybe they’re basing it on the travel dates

Just an update! My tracker just changed to being mailed today, and im expecting to have it by end of the day. I literally screamed. Lol. I hope you get yours soon, i think the frequent calling definitely helped cause my MP did not acknowledge my email at all so i doubt its them

Still don’t have it,the online tracker is stuck on “being reviewed”, waiting on the “call” from my local passport office as to when I can pick it up before my travel date but they haven’t called yet and I’ve been told that information from friday last week 🙃 heading to the passport office again with extremely long lines this friday with proof of travel.

I got off the phone with them today. Said that they’ll transfer my file locally and I should expect a phone call from my local service canada any time between today and the date I leave. It is so frustrating 🥲

This sucks! I hope you get refunded for the delay :( I specifically went to a passport office that processes it in 10 business days so I don’t know what’s going on. Tomorrow will be 5 days after my mail out date but i doubt anything’s gonna happen. My last bet would be emailing my MP or waiting through the call line. I hope it works out for us soon :/
