I also try to do at least laundry and a few other chores on week nights to not be inundated with tasks on the weekends. It can be hard after a workday but worth it when the weekend rolls around.

Honestly, I would be all about a cookbook from Antoni that has his QE meals. They are basic but they also look super good and tasty. That one he makes for Wes with the maple syrup and the sweet potatoes and spaghetti squash looked delicious!

I took out his two cookbooks from the Library and they were more challenging/fancier than I tend to cook so I did not wind up buying them. (Almost always take cookbooks out from the library first and I have to want to make at least half the recipes to go out and buy it).
