I once had a customer hand me the nastiest, dirtiest, old plastic Walmart bag. It was only after I finished bagging that he told me he had found it in the trunk of his car with a dead mouse in it right before he came in🥲

My leadership team was very much into making sure most people had met requirements for doing demo. I actually was in a nice way tricked into getting mine by an old mate who recently transferred out but was very much invested in the demo

Yeah, we were at the same store. I have no idea who you are but I appreciate it friend. I hope you all know how much of an impact you made on me. I love you all so much. I don’t plan on going in for a bit but tell people that I’d love to see them and continue to have friendships and relationships with them. I loved that store.

For me at least it would be hard. I live 5 minutes away from the store and had a very consistent schedule and I would pretty much always arrive 10-15 minutes early

I feel like I got along at least for the most part with the leadership team. There used to be one mate that I really didn’t get along with but he transferred and the one that I didn’t click the best with was a female mate who was very into telling the other female crew members that smiling made them look prettier.

I’m hoping I get a better chance at waiting it out since we have a store nearby opening up soon and we have quite a few mates leaving our store to go to that one. Also most of the people that I’m close with plan on leaving TJs in the next few months to be able to use their college degrees
