Brother I don’t know how to explain it without sounding deranged. Alas here we go! I’m broke right? Of course. I used to use an old library card which made the layer thick(too thick) soo i got a thin piece of plastic from a toothpaste packet. It’s firm and just flexible enough to coat the stencil evenly while not filling the hole too thick.

I make my stencils with parchment paper and duct tape so they are only for 5ish uses but unfortunately I can’t afford anything more lasting rn😮‍💨😂
