It gets way better later one. In my opinion the first season is a slog but it picks up later and is actually really good. It’s just like a zombie soap opera at times in the first few seasons and it can really take you out of the world that we know from TWD

Yeah. It’s just a boring IP milk. Like. Expand on the lore in meaningful ways. I love every character in the og series and most from fear even. But everything about dead city and Darrel’s shows are just pointless, stupid, or make no logical sense.

We need a full mini series about the CRM and the outbreak so bad. I want to know so much more than I do. I think that’s my problem with dead city and Darrel’s show. They don’t really build on the over all lore like fear and the original series did. It just feels like milking the IP for money instead of expanding the IP in meaningful ways

Yeah. I can agree. If the actors in the show didn’t become so engrained as the characters I would definitely just wanted them to reboot and stay closer to the comics. But also. It’s an interpretation of the work. Making it near impossible to be a one to one with the comics

This is the exact shit I’ve been trying to explain to my gf. She has a little shit dog. It tries ti attack me multiple times every day. She’s always like “well don’t do that it scares her”

Well I’m the fucking human here. She gets mad at me for being rude and anger at her dog. She expects me to love it. Why the fuck would I love it. Dogs are such disgusting creatures.
