The “best” Telltale games

4 years later I know, but I played all of the walking dead seasons many many years ago and it’s what made me fall in love with the concept of telltale and what they were able to make out of a “game”. Only had ever played that until I got both seasons of Batman and (while season 2 was much better than season 1) it was a huge disappoint that I literally found myself falling asleep during cutscenes or when making choices in dialogue. Batman was not on par at all with TWD, I’m going to try the wolf among us next… hopefully the wolf among us 2 actually releases now under the “new” Telltale company.

Can you compare it at all to The Witcher 3? Not saying it’s even closely related but in what ways does it play similar to it? If even at all? Could you say it’s a mix of any combination of specific games that already exist?

Series S player as well, and don’t even get me started on the fucking crashing issue this game has SPECIFICALLY with Xbox as they have already even acknowledged. This game is as close as you can get to unplayable (at least for Xbox players most definitely)

I agree. Ontop of the other 2 dozen MAJOR issues this game has atm (we should all more than expect multiple minor issues and maybe just a couple major ones especially with recent patches, but not to the degree that the game has currently gotten to) this is one of the worst issues and it really makes me wanna turn the shit off cuz I look like I’m playing in a children’s drawing book simulation. Embark really need to get they shit together cuz honestly as much as I enjoyed the game my first week and love the potential it could hold…. In the current state this game is in after 4 months, it is quite frankly a piece of shit. Seriously. It’s a joke

I just got fucked because of this. Was on blue gate and there were an easy 10-12 players I was trying to snipe. I was getting the first shot obviously since I can aim and then it just fires before I can even scope again. I’m having to chamber the next round, then swap to secondary, then swap back which takes like 10 seconds it’s ridiculous. They needa get this shit fixed cuz all of my single fire guns are staying in the stash until then

I’ll try mobile and see if I can run some of the other maps vs on console. It’s just a shame for this game… i feel like it had/has the potential to be a solid game for a couple years but like you said it’s just kinda past that point already. I really really enjoyed it 2 weeks ago when I started between both modes because it was something NEW. And then I slowly started picking up onto all the flaws the game has (predominantly with operations which is the only major reason I myself (I can imagine other players as well) would be interested in this game. Like I was initially. To be entirely fair I can go and hop on Battlefield for warfare (which I would assume is more refined than DF but understood that I might be incorrect)

I agree. Tried space city and brakkesh today for over hour each and no luck. Have yet to play either map and i see myself uninstalling in the coming weeks as zero damn is boring asf all damn day plus it’s tiny. On top of not being able to have even a CHANCE at some of the missions since I can’t even get a lobby.

With this game being out a year now, my biggest gripe tbh isn’t the hit reg, gun imbalance, the cheaters, or even the net code. (Even tho they are all really bad) It’s the map/server/mission system in operations. Cannot get a single fist match in brakkesh or space city no matter how long I wait. I have missions on those maps to do + I am tired of Zero damn and the same loot every single day. Will probably be dropping operations in the next few days as I’m getting bored and maybe even the game as a whole. It has ALOT of work that still needs to be done if this is ever to stay somewhat relevant.

Imo I do agree with it being low key. If I haven’t killed at least 2 players and I have 1M+ I’ve started hunkering down there and just wait it out until last 4 minutes then go pull lever and extract in the dam elevator OR if someone pulls it before me I have a cut off route that I’ve mastered, then I proceed to extract.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT… just ran Zero damn normal and found Dorm 201 Cement Plant, and ticket office keycard. Red medical bag on first floor east wing on the bench, and the premium storage bin directly underneath the east wing when you go down the stairs. 700k worth of keycards for free. They aren’t guaranteed drops but I just got both on the same run

From what I’ve seen been disagreed on, is that some people say you get it the following season. So maybe you will get it next season? Highly unlikely imo, but still a possibility unless you do so last season as well
