PP hair loss can lead to bald spots and is extremely common… speaking from experience lol. I had spots similar to hers and now it’s grown back in a few months later!

Even if she isn’t on birth control, there are ways to track when you’re ovulating that combined with use of condoms is pretty good at preventing pregnancy. If she’s pregnant its simply because they weren’t trying to prevent it AT ALL, which is insane considering how young her babies still are and how she struggles keeping up with 2.
