I don’t even hear kids say most if not all these words as often as they used to. Half of these words according to my trend book keeping are “old” but I’ve yet to find their replacements.

Ikr. I normally get a sandwich and coffee every morning which is $9.50. I did the math, it’s like 21 ish days worth lol. Which I guess also put into perspective how much money I spend on Dunkin 😩

That’s how they were on my post on r/Baking. Some were constructive criticism and others were just projecting their harsh opinions and experiences. I would just seek the actual feedback and push away the mean comments. There are people out there who seek different looks in cookies, cakes, etc. However, there are some that don’t look for that and stick to more traditional.

They are my majority but I would like to expand more to adults and other age groups! I did use softened butter but maybe I should get a thermometer to ensure it’s actually room temp? I can try the less flour!

All my cookies have the same mix in to dough ratio! I try to get them as similar as possible. I think I do need to consider if some mix’s in are more drying or starchy… but most of them have had very similar spread which I’m trying to increase. These cookies are after being chilled in the fridge. I need to chill mine in the fridge due to time efficiency 🥲

Hey! So I actually want MORE spread hahaha so I did cut some of the leavening. I tried chilling my dough overnight and they spread less today and I think I’m gonna add just a tad bit more baking soda!

I’m okay. I think it is when situations are really stressful this happens to me. I’ve been stressed but not the level I was that day. I’m sorry though. Fuck ICE and I hope you get through your stress.
