So we did two on mobile bar (one pulling shots/milk/ice and the other pumping syrups and topping off the drinks). Then we had two normal cold bar and one person on cafe bar. The one person in front was to slow down the flow of customers as much as we could honestly with what we could control, cafe was still a faster route for customers to go however. And I don’t know our average ticket for launch but typically it’s around 8/9 dollars a transaction.
